Certificate Status

Visual cue showing your license status.

 Depending on the status of your license this will be:

•Evaluating or out of evaluation time: Silver.

•Valid: Gold.

•Expired or otherwise bad: Red.

Register License Key

Register a purchased license key.

If you have purchased a license and it's maintenance is valid for the version of MysticThumbs you have installed use this button to enter it and unlock the full version.

This will open the Enter license for current or all users dialog.

License Status

Shows the current status of your license. When evaluating this will show Evaluation or Evaluation Expired.

Evaluation Date

Will show when your evaluation expires or expired.

Hardware ID

Unique hardware ID for your computer that is used for assigning seats to licenses.

 This is a read-only value that displays your unique hardware id for the hardware configuration of the machine. It is used by the licensing system to identify your machine only.

Store

Takes you to the online store to purchase licenses.

 If you have a valid license and it is out of it's maintenance period, this button will show as "Renew Now" and will take you to the online store pre-prepared with your current license details ready to be updated and renewed.

License key request

If you already have a license, this will open the online Request License Key web page so that you can have it sent to your email address.

 If your email has changed and you no longer have access to it, transfer from the Support Request page and request to have it sent to you at your new address. Be sure to include as much information as you can such as your previous email address, new email address and order number so we can verify you as the owner of the license.

License Status

Displays which seat of the license you allocated at time of registering the license key.

For single seat licenses this will be 1 of 1. For multi-seat licenses this will indicate how many seats are still free (at the time of registration).

License Name

Displays the license name you chose when purchasing the license. It could be your name or company name etc.

Maintenance Status

Displays when your license maintenance expires or expired.

 The maintenance date is the date at which newer releases / versions are no longer able to be used. You can install and use any version built before this date indefinitely. If you find that you would like to upgrade to newer versions beyond this date a license renewal will be required.

Hardware ID

Unique hardware ID for your computer that is used for assigning seats to licenses.

 Use this on the revoke license website if required.

Remove License

Remove the license from your computer and free up the seat to be able to be used elsewhere.

 You can use this to transfer a single seat license between multiple machines, however it can be cumbersome and purchasing multiple seat licenses is useful in this situation.

 If you are retiring an old computer and updating a new machine, try to use this to manually remove your license first, otherwise your license seat will still be assigned to the old machine's Hardware ID.

Refresh License

Refresh your license after renewing.

If you have renewed your license online for further maintenance, you can use this to refresh the license and update your maintenance period simply in a single click.
