Troubleshooting
Conflicts with a specific file type causing Explorer to lose "Open With..." application associations.
- Requires unbinding MysticThumbs from associating with this file type.
Solution
1.Select Apply to File Type & all Extensions.
2.Choose a file type by searching for an extension. Press the loupe button and type PDF or the extension you require to search for that file type / extension. Press Return key or select with mouse.
3.Disable associating MysticThumbs with this file format thumbnails by changing the green check mark to the red no icon.
4.Disable associating MysticThumbs with this file extension small icons by changing the green check mark to the red no icon.
5.Press Apply.
MysticThumbs is now disassociated / unbound from the PDF (or chosen extension) and should not interfere in any way with it.
Repeat steps 2 to 4 for any other file formats required.
